TRC participated in the 2nd Private Professional Exhibition in Morocco – Casablanca from 11th to 14th of December 2019. This multisectoral business mission was organized by
Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Portugal in Morocco (CCISPM) and EXUMAS Consulting in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Casablanca-Settat (CCIS).

This was an opportunity to promote the TRC test tools and the reverse logistic services to potential partners in the north Africa region.

TRC was present at the Broadband World Forum 2019 - the biggest event in the area of the broadband access and connected home. In the area of the CPEs the XG-SPON, GPON, WiFi6 and the WiFi mesh were the key words in most of the providers show cases. The Inverse logistic services provided by TRC and the Multi Device Test Platform that enable and boost the performance of these type of services were promoted in the event showing the flexibility of the test tool to adapt to these state of the art technologies.

This new test platform provides interfaces with electronic equipment for configuration and /or functional test execution for both software and hardware components.

This new test platform provides interfaces with electronic equipment for configuration and /or functional test execution for both software and hardware components.

The innovated architecture of TCPY enables versatility and modularity and is based in 3 main components:
• WORKSPACES - Personalized workspaces composed by asynchronous test positions occupied by a specific operator;
• MODELS – Equipment provisioned to be tested with the test requirements pre-configured and inserted in the platform;
• MODULES – Test case modules that can be associated to each provisioned equipment model under test.

The web based graphical user interface is very user friendly and intuitive providing high usability of all functionality and versatility of the platform.

All operations associated to each test are recorded enabling future analysis, statistics, tracking and management.

Our Multi Device Test Plataform, installed on a Client already has 1,200,000 HGW tests in its Database and over 750,000 STb, it is now configured to be able to receive Onts tests.

Our Multi Device Test Plataform, installed on a Client already has 1,200,000 HGW tests in its Database and over 750,000 STb, it is now configured to be able to receive Onts tests.

CPEs, tested, are among others from Arris, Hitron, Thomson in HGws, for STBs the most tested are Arris/Pace, Intek and Kaon.

We provide cost-effective out-of-warranty repair services for a number brands of CPEs.
